This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The cleanliness was off the charts, and it felt so cozy and homely. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was so well organized that preparing food was a breeze. The dishwasher with its tablets was like a blessing! The wi-fi worked flawlessly, and I was able to easily find the location on Google maps. Plus, being just across from the royal oak pub/restaurant was jaw-droppingly amazing for food, and the Aldi Store being only 20 minutes away was super convenient. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful, with horses, cows, neighbor's dogs, and even a couple of adorable cats in the yard. And waking up to the sound of birds was just a perfect touch. It was also the perfect location for visiting Alton Towers, although be prepared for some single track roads and surprise cattle grids. The hosts were so caring and accommodating, even with our changing arrival times. They had flowers, tea, biscuits, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! The cottage itself was so lovely, welcoming. And let's not forget the amazing welcome gift pack with milk, tea, sugar, biscuits, and a bottle of fizz! It was simply incredible. And if you're into walking or cycling, the location is great. Plus, they offer cots, allow pets, and have a no smoking policy on site. my stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough!

The room at Stable Barn was cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rustic decor and comfortable furnishings created a warm and inviting atmosphere that I absolutely loved. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower in the second bathroom. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

The decoration at the hotel was charming and had a cozy feel, with beautiful traditional farmhouse touches. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel easily accessible, with wide corridors and handrails in the right places, making it comfortable and safe to move around.
It would have been even better if the children working there had offered some assistance with carrying luggage for senior guests.

The welcoming gift pack included milk tea, sugar, biscuits, and a bottle of fizz. The cleanliness of the home on arrival was exceptional. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well arranged and organized. The dishwasher was a blessing with tablets provided. The Wi-Fi was good and the location was easy to find via Google maps. The proximity to the Royal Oak pub/restaurant was amazing for food and there was an Aldi Store approximately 20 minutes away. The location was very quiet and offered the opportunity to see horses, cows, neighbor's dogs, and at least 2 cats in the yard. The sound of birds in the morning added to the tranquility. The location was also convenient for visiting Alton Towers, with multiple routes available.
Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

The location is stunning, surrounded by a working farm. The cottage is spotlessly clean and has a charming traditional decor. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is fresh and soft. It had all the essentials we needed for a last-minute getaway with our baby, including a travel cot and high chair. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and we were greeted with lovely touches like flowers, tea, biscuits, and a bottle of wine.

The welcoming gift pack was a nice touch, with tea, biscuits, and even a bottle of fizz. The cleanliness of the home was also impressive, making for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to a nearby pub/restaurant and an Aldi store. It was also a quiet and peaceful setting, surrounded by nature.
The cottage relies solely on electricity, which became a problem when we experienced a power cut for two days. Despite the owner living next door with access to a generator and fire, they did not offer any assistance or check if we needed anything.

I loved having free WiFi at the 3-star property. I had so much fun cycling nearby. And let's not forget the thrill of being close to not just one, but two airports!
Oh, how I missed having a washing machine, dining area, and dishwasher at home. Such a shame.
